All vehicles to be used in the parade must provide proof of insurance coverage as required by Connecticut State Law.

Please upload a photocopy of your CT Insurance Identification Card (usually kept in your cars glove compartment) with this application. Email to parade@ctmaritimefest.com or mail this form and insurance to: CMHF Parade, 56 Howard Street, New London, CT 06320.
