Rum Tasting and Food Pairing

Rum Tropic Distillery a small batch cane distillery located at The Velvet Mill in Stonington, CT.  Our mission is to use science and creativity to modernize spirit-making while preserving the quality that is expected with traditional standards.  We’ve developed our own patent-pending “smoothing process” which makes our spirits extra-smooth and we use natural ingredients to flavor our quality rums and vodkas.

1. Tickets are $25 until Aug 30, $30 thereafter – Dont forget, buy early!
2. Sunday, SEP 10 from 3-4pm on City Pier next to the stage
3. Tickets include 3 rum tastings from Rum Tropic Distillery
4. Tickets include 3 food pairings – 1 from RD86; 1 from Hot Rods; 1 from Woodfellas

Maritime history first brought them together, and the Shirts are excited to continue that tradition at the 2023 Connecticut Maritime Heritage Festival.”
